Old ass?! How old do you think mooriah is?!! She was present In 2009? Sure with a Flop album and no hit single ! yeah you sure know what was relevant back then.
Present GROWING UP. 2009 was when I became a fan...you know what there's no helping you. If you can't follow the convo don't add yourself to it. And Mariah was not old in the 90s at all. Stupid ass.
The real giggle was that the FadGa stans were convinced she was going to stick around forever and that the "microwave-popcorn popstars" weren't going to be around as long as her.
Not the Sabre-toothed novelty act being the first one out.
And I'm not surprised Bey said she's portrayed herself a certain way up to now because she felt like she had to be a role model. I wonder what her music and image would be like if she never gave a **** from the beginning?
I was wondering when the RAW Beysus would come after IASF ended.
I've been riding with her since I was 9 or 10.
It's been past due for her to just sing. I've been waiting for her to just go off and be explicit lyrically.
We got it this album. She's a wife and a mother now.
Beautiful. THIS is what someone that cares about their music sounds like.
I don't think it's fair to compare the artists of today to artists from before.
It's really hard for a massive star (who debuted IN the digital era) to become completely irrelevant with the advent of the digital era, in comparison to the 40s-2007.
Like even if an album underperforms or a single flops, there will always be a chance for them to come back.
Madonna vs. Mariah fights get old. But the Madonna stans shouldn't try to ignite one every time someone who so happens to enjoy Mariah comments on Madonna.

At the same time though, I don't think stars who debuted earlier were as vulnerable to the immediate overexposure and negative stigmas that are so frequent now and can taint artists.
Madonna fans are bitter, and rightfully so.
I would hate it if my fave sold 330k+ first week and couldn't go platinum.
I would hate it if my fave performed at the Super Bowl and barely went top ten.
I would hate it if my faves most remembered tracks are their most generic.
