It's only in Australia/Germany. The pre-orders did surprisingly well there in comparison to FF. In Germany's case, she really hasn't had a successful single there since Womanizer. In that country, it's ALL fan driven. All of her albums since Blackout have debuted in the lower regions of the top 10 there, so it's not really a surprise or even something to worry about if it doesn't debut in the top 10 in that market.

As for Australia, I think she can get a top 10 debut.
