The AMAs really are a joke, especially when it comes to them snubbing Britney since the OIDIA era - mostly due to her late year releases, but it's still a snub - but it's the biggest platform for anyone to promote their music later in the year, and she doesn't take advantage of it.

If she's still realasing music, it's always gonna bother me, especially when she should be getting the praise others have been getting, but doesn't, simply because she does not care about the businness - And we all know that damages her when it comes to
getting awards recognition.
Also, it's annoying because I love those awards and it's hard to put up with the basicness of it all when Britney is not there.
