I thought I was kinda alone on this. Glad to know there's other creative minds that always see things while they jam out.
So, as I said earlier, I went and did my little service hours thing for my teacher after school. So basically she worked me to the bone for a little less than 2 hours. I cleaned up her room, stacked chairs, moved tables, sorted books, washed the tabletops, threw away trash and scraped gum from under the tables. It was pretty exhausting BUT you need to have a minimum of 40 service hours by the time you graduate and she gave me a little extra time and said I did 2 hours & 30 minutes
so I got my first service hours thing done and finally started. She also said that after school, if I come every day then she'll let me help her out with things like grading papers, etc. for about 30 minutes, so I'll get around 2.5 hours a week, which will definitely get me to 40 before the year is even up. I'm a senior so I'm starting really late on all of this but this basically means that I'll 100% be able to graduate as long as I keep my A/B grades up that I have right now, because my service hours requirement will be fulfilled.
So happy about this because I was very nervous about what was to come and how I was going to find other ways to help out because I didn't really know where to go, but this helps me a lot.
But mmm thank gawd tomorrow is no school, I need a little extended break. *jumps on my bed and lays down*
