The only thing that PRISM and Bangerz first week sales is proving is the complete and utter slayage that Gaga's (Born This Way) & Taylor's (Speak Now and RED) first week sales were.

Taylor & Gaga completely destroyed the US with her 1m+ sales and even if you're pressed and come with that 400k copies were from Amazon, she did almost a million WW without the US.

Their domination/star power/relevancy/talent/media power/etc was REAL.

The Sandra hype is not going anywhere. The movie is still #1 at the box office and will continue making money all year. Next year it will get more Oscar nominations than any other movie b/c it will not only get main noms like Picture, Director, Actress but also all the tech noms. At least 10 noms. And there's a good chance it wins Best Picture though I think 12 Years will take it.

Just be grateful that after Angelina turned down Gravity TWICE, it wasn't Aniston who got the part.

Exactly. The Kats try to make TD's sales sounds so impressive but it took 10 months for it to go platinum. By that time Rih already got a new lead single out.
