Can anyone explain why it's questionable? It's a chart by a legitimate company. It's kinda like how when the Navy questioned IFPI but the munsters were like "Nooo. IFPI is the only legitimate source for WW digital sales!". Now you have little munsters saying that this chart - run by Billboard - is not legitimate.
He's got more social power than all our girls, that's a fact I'd never refute. On any given day you'll see about 17 different WW trends like #UkraineLovesBieber or something equally as banal.
It's true that Gaga isn't picking up many new fans with ARTPOP, but she already has so many fans in terms of online popularity that it's hilarious to my mind that people seem to equate low charting on the Social 50 to having no fans at all.
No one said she doesn't have any fans at all. They're saying she's not gaining any new ones, maybe bots.
Why is this so questionable? We all have been wondering whether or not Gaga has been fading, and this sort of confirms that belief, along with "Applause"'s WW performance.
Not katy falling on amazon(a site where you can buy digital music + CDs, the market share chart that the little craters post only includes the digital music share numbers of amazon) a week before album release
Unfortunately, GaGa has most fake likes and followers on Facebook and Twitter.
Actually, no. The article you're alluding to said that she actually has one of the highest percentages of real followers among the pop stars. Bieber and Katy were the worst.
And what good is this doing for WB. Can all these "new fans" not afford teh $1.29?
Can Gaga's?
