Where's the song that flopped/underperformed? Before the song dropped, both DJWS and Gaga talked about how Applause wasn't designed to go #1, but rather grow on the charts, so it's doing exactly what they planned.
You guys continue to ignore the fact that Gaga didn't even start recording Heavy Metal Lover until a few weeks before the album was finished. She will work on it until last minute. It's what she always does.
