Well frankly at this point she has no other choice than to squeeze in new songs. She can not release a new single and not perform it on tour. She can not release a whole new album and not perform it on tour until 2015. It's impossible.
I think that's the only explanation why she keeps cutting songs off, I suppose that when they are rehearsing for the tour nowadays, they rehearse different songs at the place of IC, IMY and GW.
Why Bey?! Tell me why?!
