I'm getting much more homework than I've gotten in the past. Add that to college applications and stuff...UGH.

And I ****ing bombed (64%) my AP Psychology test because I didn't study because I was doing AP Biology homework. All my AP's are manageable, it's just trying to manage those with college stuff is hard. I can't wait for the end of October, by then I should be done with everything college related except scholarships. Scholarships won't be hard to manage with school work.

I don't hate this school year yet. All my classes are small and I have friends in every class. Seniors get out 2 hours early. Not too bad so far.

I just hate getting up early. Ugh.

Changed my schedule today.

Instead of taking AP Physics, I will be replacing that with AP Chemistry and taking just regular Physics on the side. My counselor recommended me do this, because he said AP Physics in my school can get really challenging.

AP Chem in my school is two years, and I take the exam my senior year.

They count for college credits so that's a plus but there's a lot of work. I didn't take any.

It depends on which ones you take. Some classes like AP Chemistry, AP United States History, AP Calculus can be useful for college credit. Others like AP Human Geography are very useless and many schools don't give you credit for those.

The tests range in difficulty, once again it depends on which one you take. The actual course work depends on the teacher. My AP United States History teacher didn't give us too much work, but this other AP US History teacher my friend had gave out a LOT of work and we both ended up getting a 4 (could have gotten a 5 if I spent more than an hour studying for the exam).

Depends. They give you college credit but like said above, they can be difficult and a lot of work since they pretty much are college classes.

Yes they are. By the time I finish senior year I think I'll have taken like 14 of them. While I'm not using them to get credits for college, they look extremely positive for you college application if you pass the tests plus my school doesn't give final exams for AP's so its helps with your grades as well.
