but they will probably release it in the begining of july. And it can explode the radio only in august. so there you have it. im concerned about it. Imagin that it will smash hard and her team will make it a lead single.

I don't think Britney has THAT power on radio at this point. So it's still like that. I believe there are many examples of it.

They won't make it the lead single if it smashes. I see nothing wrong with it becoming yet another hit for her. If it's good and if it smashes, it will get the upcoming era positive buzz since it's a Britney-only single. Like all soundtrack singles, it will be released before the movie itself, probably sometime in June.

This is her first original song for an actual movie that never ended up included in an actual album. INAGNYAW ended up on Britney and I Just Begun was on GH:MP.

Either way, Britney literally backtracked me with this because just yesterday I was looking at the Great Gatsby soundtrack and wishing Britney would do a song for a movie! The Queen just God damn read my mind.

And I think one last Dr. Luke track won't hurt, since I doubt he'll make album 8. And it should be a really fun, cute song for the movie.

Oscar and Golden Globe, anyone?

I'm not doubting about her power, its just a stadistical thing, its not common to see a song from a kids film (even if the film is a huge box office hit) smashing the charts at least not in recent years.

Exactly. That news clip just cited Dr. Luke as the "collaborator" from Femme Fatale...not that the song is a reject from that era.
