I think it was because the shots didn't look good ..... I remember the Denmark date was performed in a Stadium ...... the crowd was huge , and somehow the Circus Stage looked small, minimal and weird in a Stadium ... I've seen a lot of pictures and videos of the Denmark date.
They should've filmed the tour in an indoor arena IMO.......

it was more like joke tho, I don't find any of her tours cheap but as Anthony said DWID and Circus are just really huge so the others just look plain.
