I am, and will not blame any artist. I believe they hav nothing to do with this! But i am pretty sure the smart asses that have been running Billboard for years must have some senses NOT to do this.

before WANEGBT her last top 10 hit al that format was fifteen, almost 3 YEARS AGO
and from all her singles that she released since that moment, (7), 4 of them weren't even released to another format but country.
yeah scott just called them last week saying "our star is releasing an album in a month and you know she is a flop without some manipulation, so how about you change your entire methodology for ALL of the genre charts so she can finally have a hit!!" and they must have said "sure! taylor's success is all we live for, we'll risk our entire credibility coz she wants a #1.."
