Physically i feel like a bit of a beard and chest hair makes them appear more masculine to me. (and a deep voice)

The way they talk, mannerisms, style. Also how much hair they have. Idc how masc you say you are if you do your eyebrows, shave your chest, arms, legs, pubes etc. Then youre pretty fem

The way he acts and talks being into sports like football, etc. I won't say hairy chest/face and stuff because I've seen many queens with body hair.
