No... Not necessarily. But I haven't done the research and a few members have said that cannibalism can get animals sick. In some ways it makes sense, but it also seems like it could be bogus because so many mammals share much of the same DNA. I don't know what the scientific reason would be for cooked flesh of the same species to get you sick.
Okay based on a google, I'm gonna call BS on the cannibalism causing disease thing. Correlation does not equal causation. Especially with a sample size of one famous instance.
