Be rational. If she can have people flying out from multiple corners of the world into one 4k capacity show in Vegas (which has ended up grossing $70m+/- to date), why wouldn't people want to see her in their own city. FF tour was too soon after Circus imo but it still did well considering it's album sales. She hasn't toured since then, her next tour will do just fine. If she comes back with a bigger album, it'll surpass FFT. So yes, she can definitely go on a WW tour and succeed.

Britney Jean doesn't have enough demand for a big ww tour, and she clearly knows that. On top of that you can tell she doesn't want to do 1 any time soon.
