It will probably hit #1 on the Hot 100 when the chart is released later today, dethroning "California Gurls" by Katy Perry featuring Snoop Dogg.
Ke$ha's "TiK ToK" tops the 5 million mark in paid downloads this week, making her the youngest lead artist to reach that milestone.
