thats what happens when you come from a long line of Germans, Englishman, and Irishmen too ugly to make it in their home countries.

Not really. Maybe the styling is different but that can be malleable.

Europeans don't have a set look though. Personally for me the Portugese,Greek, Italian and Spanish are the most striking Europeans. Their tanner and also have more round features rather then sharp/thin ones.
