The difference between the two is that B-Rocka would never even chosen this as a single let alone the first single even though she SANNNGGGGG this!!!!!!!
I'm a big J.Lo stan as most know but bias aside I like Jennifer's better. The chorus on Brandy's sounds so messy with Dream's voice mixed in & my fave parts on Jennifer's version were the bridge and the "watch me walk it out" part at the end which are missing from Brandy's.
However for some reason I think this could've worked better for Brandy had she released it.
Okay I didn't see this coming JLO is the empress of materialistic anthems. However when Brandy sings this song she some how touches my soul and all she's talking about is picking up some overpriced shoes and leaving her BF.
But no one care deny that JLO version is great just for different reason:
Jennfier = Shallow/Materialistic break-up anthem
Brandy = Emotional break up song
