Celine voice is not a problem for Single Ladies. It's not like she would blow pipes all over the song, because the song isn't about that. That's like saying Beyonce couldn't do Single Ladies judging from her performance on Listen. If you're not meant to sing big on the song then you just don't sing big. There are many singers that have songs with big singing and also have dance/club song, like Beyonce for example.

But Celine doesn't have the spunky attitude and swag to do a song like Single Ladies (and doesn't she also have a thick accent), so that would be why she couldn't do it, not because of her voice. She's also too old for a song like that and doesn't have the body or mobility (like dance-wise) to do a video for it, so yeah
