Back when Lil Wayne's "Lollipop" was popular, the local rhythmic station censored nearly 80% of the lyrics, including the word "lollipop."

Any word can be sexual slang nowadays. "Nana" is a nonsensical word; it's not explicit and kids don't know what it means.
