Your opinion on gays who don't approve marriage equality?
I can't believe some LGBT do not approve of same-sex marriage? Like what?
I know someone, who's gay, and is isn't in favour of it because of the 'complications of marriage' and because he can't see himself getting married. LIKE OKAY, BUT THAT SHOULDN'T STOP OTHERS FROM GAINING THE SAID RIGHT!
I am appalled. Some of them sound like moral hypocrites or have some kind of internalised homophobia even if they're gay...
It literally doesn't make any sense to me
I can understand if you just don't care either way, but to actually be opposed to something that benefits your community is just baffling to me.
I personally will probably never get married simply because its a religious ceremony and I am not religious. BUT if my fellow gays wanna get married GO AHEAD SISTRENS

Selfish kind of thinking. Person is probably a bit lost right now
I think the logic is that the benefits that come with marriage should be for people regardless of whether they are married or not, so it's lgb people looking out for asexual brethren. Or something like that
They are probably dealing with a lot of internal problems (and probably trying to satisfy close-minded loved ones as a way of "cushioning the blow" so to speak). It's fine if it's not for you, but don't ruin someone else's life.

It's better to get married than just be in a relationship.
Even if you're not religious, do it for alimony and benefits when they die. Better than being left with absolutely nothing.

Most of the benefits that come from marriage are for two people: hospital/jail visitation, alimony, parental rights, tax benefits, etc. I don't get what you're trying to say with this post
I told him he was a moral hypocrite, and needs to sort out his issues! I feel a lot of self-hate which is ironic because between the two of us, he's the one who's out and about on being gay while I'm just the chill-out type.
