As of right now? It's undeniably Beyonce. 'Mrs.Carter' has out-grossed the 'Artrave' in the US, Ocenia, Europe, South America, Middle East and idk about Asia but I'm sure Gaga edges her out there.

Self-titled also sold more WW than ARTPOP, but Gaga is singles did better.

So Beyonce isn't global because she only sold '500k more outside the US' but somehow Gaga is more global even though she sold less. Please try and make sense.

Has she? Well her career is longer and also she is more US-based in general. Look at Drunk In Love and Applause's peak positions and clearly the public leans more towards Gaga.

I agree Gaga has always been global, Beyoncé has never been global.
