Does anyone else HATE when this happens? I have a $40 pair of earbuds, and they just stopped working in one ear. It's like the worst first world pain ever.
I have $90 dollar ear buds, that now cost $50 and they come with a case, and as long as you used the case, they're fine, it's been 3 years and they're perfect. Don't wrap them around your device, and if you do, make sure you leave a little loop by the plug so it doesn't get bent, and you'll be fine.
wOO, don't even remind me. Pissed me off when it happened with like, 3 pairs in a row.
But yeah, I spend very minimal $$$ on headphones. Maybe $20 at the most. Then again, lately I've just been using my old headset to listen to music since I'm out of school now and don't really use my iPod outside of my house, so there's not a big need for earphones.
Super annoying And I can only use the original Apple earphones because I need the remote control. They'd always exchange them for free though if it's within one year of buying them so no problems so far
I broke down and bought a replacement plan on a $30 pair and trade them in everytime this happens. When you trade them in if you want to upgrade, you pay the difference, and overtime I've upgraded a couple dollars everytime I trade in and now my pair are $100
