The record might not be real but the tweet itself was real from the official account of GWR. (It has since been removed) - We don't know why.
How we know it's real is because you can do a google search for the tweet and see that it had been re-tweeted.
Anyone can photoshop a picture but you can't photoshop a live twitter environment. The actual tweet was GWR was retweeted and google search keeps record of that.
I posted this when it happened and Kworb told me it was not thread worthy regardless of the tweet being real because it's certainly not the truth.
