Anyone can photoshop a picture but you can't photoshop a live twitter environment. The actual tweet was GWR was retweeted and google search keeps record of that.

Those google results don't show any tweet status link but quotes which anyone can easily type out which can be fake
Example
Someone can just type and send out this:
RT @ladygaga: ARTPOP is number one in 6393057202 countries!!
Yet that tweet never never existed so there you have it those don't prove that tweet was real.
