it is no secret that these 3 are the trinity of medication. which medication girl works best for you?
with me its alternative queen Advil.

I'd say Advil. Tylenol does nothing.

I use the Queen Advil. Aleve is a flop

Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, etc) is more effective than acetaminophen in my opinion. Don't use it if you got gut problems, though.

I usually use Tylenol, but sometimes I turn to Motrin if an ache is a little more severe.

Maybe I should elaborate... Because of my sickle cell I've developed a slight opioid tolerance so OTC meds like Tylenol, Advil, Aleve, etc do nothing for me so I have to take stronger dosages of oxycontin; however, because it's so addictive I'd rather sit in pain until I absolutely can't tolerate it anymore before I pop a pill.

I don't take medicine.

I hardly ever use them, so one pill of any brand does the trick for me.

But I prefer Tylenol
