How do you personally relieve yourself of the bad mood?
I've been in a funk this past week and can't seem to get out of it I usually listen to music, exercise, or write but nothing has been working lately. I just feel like giving up on everything
I'll do all the things that I love, like go to places I enjoy or watch shows that I like. When it gets so bad that nothing I do seems to cheer me up I just remind myself that I won't always feel like this and one day I'll wake up and feel normal again. That's all you really can do tbh. Just wait it out.
Exercise is good, keep doing that every day.
Doing productive things improves peoples mood.
Maybe try to make yourself really busy? Write a to-do list of a bunch of stuff you need to and want to do (productive stuff or just hanging with friends). You'll be so busy doing all of that that you'll forget why you were sad in the first place.
