Sometimes all I need is a drink and I'll feel better. But sometimes if I am too depressed I let go and drink too much and let my emotions/feelings rip right out of me.
The best method of release is through music.. in my honest opinion. Listening to something nostalgic and happy from my childhood, like from Kingdom Hearts or something, or a fun light pop song can make all the difference. The key is to be constructive when you are in a bad mood.
