I assume most will say that Adele song is on lock for this, but Lana's already (pleasantly) surprising me with not one, but TWO nominations this year Obviously one of the others could also win, but Lana and Adele are the most relevant on ATRL so....

Lana actually has three, she was nominated for Summertime Sadness in the remix category as well.
