He's Paki,which is why to me personally, He seems to be the standout member of the group(visually). You can clearly tell he is mixed with it.He has that more olive skin tone .
Pakistanis and Indians are basically the same thing, so even if this were to be true, it's nothing bad really.
I am pretty sure Pakistan and India were once upon a time one country. Correct me if I am wrong.

Pakistan was part of India. Due to religious beliefs (I guess) they separated.
And yes, Pakistani people have the same looks (if not that obvious) with people live in Northern India
