No, it's more "respected" or something than X-FACTOR UK because those who audition for The Voice UK sometimes have had careers & hits etc.
Also any of the people in the blind auditions (whether someone turns or not) could probably win X-FACTOR UK.
IDK about viewers or whatever, so it might be a flop with regards to that... I think it beat BGT though.

I'm still not watching it. Good for her tho.
