He would have never had to "defend himself" if he listened to the directions of the police and stayed in his car.

And additionally, why did he have to "defend himself" with a gun? He is a grown man, yet he didn't have the ability to hold down a much smaller 16 year-old? Come on now.

And race has undoubtedly had a large impact on this case. Although I'm not a fortune teller, I can pretty much guarantee you that if Travyon was a white boy instead, NONE of what has happened would have happened.

And during the trial, many of the lawyers refused to even pay attention to the witness who was on the phone withTravyon when he died simply because of her appearance.
