Based on the evidence presented by the prosecution, a manslaughter charge would seem the most fitting.

Trayvon was smaller? I could be mistaken, but I thought George was around 5'9" while Trayvon was 6'2".

He's going to get manslaughter at best. and that's just wishful thinking.

I definitely think Zimmerman should be charged with SOMETHING, after all, facts are facts: he shot and killed Trayvon Martin. Period. After disobeying the police.

Therefore, at the very least, I'm hoping for manslaughter. And that's what I expect the ruling to be.

Do I think Zimmerman acted with malicious intent? Definitely. He wouldn't have gone the extra mile otherwise. He seems to be that stereotypical weird block-watch goon that freaks everyone out in the neighborhood. But he won't be charged with second-degree murder. Bookmark it.

If he ends up walking free and is acquitted, I will be SHOCKED. And I'm scared there will be riots.

All this being said, I find it surprising that the media is ignoring the fact that Zimmerman is half latino...

He deserves a Second Degree Murder charge and to spend the rest of his life in prison. Whether or not he will get it, is up to the jury.

If he gets cleared of all charges He better BOOK his ticket to some remote corner of the world. Because I doubt he'll be able to reside in the U.S safely after that.

Whichever he gets, he deserves jail time. He SHOULD be hoping for jail time anyway. It's ironic how being locked behind bars can actually protect criminals from WORSE threats in the free world. He would definitely have a target on his head.
