Neither are remotely obese or immobile and Adele is a new mother. Since when do musicians have to be role models for health? Adele especially has a more adult audience who will not be remotely influenced one way or the other by her in terms of health or weight.
They are the norm in terms of weight. 65% of Americans are considered overweight.
I disagree with the idea that just because Kelly and Adele are celebrities that they have to look skinny or even fit to set a good example. Although that woman wasn't abrasive on the show so I don't think she should be attacked.

er, Im not Fox news and she's not a musician who has just won a Grammy. She's just some woman who apparently knows about health and wants to criticize famous stars. Which makes her a fair target herself as she's throwing the first stones.
