I don't understnd why Pink is getting hating on...
As far as Shaggy, I think he tried to be a little more "urban" this time & it didn't work. He got a lot of flack from the reggae community for going pop on Hot Shot. Kinda like how the Black Eyed Peas did by the hip hop community. I honestly think it's a bunch of crap when artists try to get some success and they're suddenly callled sell outs.
Only not really since you know...her album actually debuted top 5 and her single went top 20 plus Pink's albums have been good, the same can't be said about Shaggy.

He is just so annoying. People got sick of his very basic image/sound that wore thin really fast. Plus he's totally creepy, his interviews are so gross.
Seriously.... who actually LIKES Shaggy... he just has some radio hits that are so annoying that people buy his album to get the song out of their head, I swear. He was pretty good live though even though I never liked him.
I like some of Shaggy's singles, but not a hardcore fan of him. I have his Hot Shot cd and it's good. He has some good hits, especially Angel. That's one of the best reggaee songs of all time....maybe anyways. I like his new single with Olivia and "Strength of a Woman" is good. But he's not an icon or anything. Sean Paul is slighly better than him, but Sean Paul is more popular and all. I was thinking about getting his latest cd, but haven't yet. Maybe I will...
What about Vanessa Cartlon? Where is she? She had some big hits, A Thousand Miles, and Ordinary Day. White House flopped. Pretty Baby did okay..
