That's completely out of order, and it it happened jut after she left the studio hopefully whoever is doing the investigation, if there is one, would have a pretty good idea of who the possible culprit(s) could be.

No disrespect but someone played the song for me & it's not all that. So hopefully she read the reactions from people who downloaded it & realized she's gotta come stronger than that!! At this point I'm over artists who get mad over leaked songs!!!

Sony has fuzucked her several times. Her album had a virus that would install internally on your computer and disable your cdrom drive and you CAN NOT get rid of it, it's a hidden file they disguise, you'll never find it. It literally ruins your computer, and when it was publicised her album quit sellin..

Then with her promotion from the label, there wasn't much or any really....

Now this, and you know SONY is in control of her carrer which they're flushin..

is that the same virus that plagued the Switchfoot & Ricky Martin albums as well?

I've never heard anything about it being on their albums. It was a recent thing

What about the B in the Mix by Britney. (Not starting any thing). Didn't she have some kind of software that downloaded to your computer. Like I put it into my computer and it installed some program, but nothing stopped working, which is good, but you also can't copy the cd to your computer. It's pretty sad what Amerie is going through. Touch was another hit by her also. I really hope she can pull through this.

No it's not the same software, her and a very very few cds had it on there which are from bands I have never heard of.

They are being sued for it tho, and no they haven't put it on anyother cd since Ameries cd

Thank you for clearing this nonsense up! I was thinking the same thing about Promosquad since what I heard wasn't even the full song. It was only 2 mins long. So basically you over-reacted over nothing...who gave you that false news?? They ought to be ashamed!!!

Yup when I put my Amerie's album in my computer, it shut down my CD-Rom player and certain programs wouldn't work anymore on my computer, and each day it was something new that didn't work on my computer, to the point it wouldn't start anymore, so I had to wipe out everything off my computer to get it back to normal. So now I'm a lot more careful about buying a CD, I vowed to Sony that I would bootleg their music instead of buying the CD from them because of this.
