I highly doubt that she is with that number. I saw this a few weeks ago on wikipedia, but they say that all her sales numbers are conflicting, but it's highly doubtful that she is the biggest selling female artist. That title still belongs to, as afraid as i am to say this, either to Madonna or Mariah Carey.

The Greek nerd Nana Mouskari and the fat Russian Alla Pugacheva are NOT the top selling female artists of all time. People have been getting how many albums Nana has released and how many she sold mixed up for decades. Alla Pugacheva's fans are just liars, she sold 70 Million (or less) albums and singles.
Whitney sold an estimated 130 Million, Madonna sold an estimated 150 Million, Mariah and Celine confuse me. Mariah's fans aren't the greatest when it comes to telling the truth but she has definately sold over 150 Million. Celine has been out for very long now and most of that time, she was exclusively a French and Canadian artist so it's hard to add up her sales but she has also sold over 150 Million. When it comes to singles, Madonna & Whitney have definately sold more than their rivals.

Wikipedia in general can't always be trusted but the majority of the information is accurate. That page with the Top selling artists has been tainted by psychotic fanbases though.

He also had huge sellers w/ "Bad" (30 Million), "Dangerous" (32 Million), "Off The Wall" (20 Million), HIStory (18 Million), and more.
