Why is it so damn hard to find an official list?
Heres the official list for the US:

Barbara Streisands first, followed by Madonna then Mariah.

That was 2003, so some artists may be higher. Mariah and Madonna are REALLY CLOSE NOW!!!!!!! when it comes to the US.
And its surprising at how low some people are that I thought would be higher.
