No it is not, that would mean you want it to be just like how RR is already certified platinum while it hasn't even sold 700k yet...
it's 2x platinum when it sold 2 milli.
Congrats though, this will most likely be her biggest selling album.

Yes it is enough to get certified. I think her label is waiting until Roman Reloaded Era is completely over before doing it.

Nah, it will take a year or so for it to actually sell 2 milli.. it's ridiculous to say it's enough when the fact is that isn't at 2 milli yet..
