I think Gaga has it. She's really talented alone without all the crazy outfits. She also has great stage presence.

She's just not interesting enough with the gimmicks. The fact that she had to drastically change her style (going from making nearly classical to making heavy dance music) as well as her image to find success proves that.

"The X Factor" is indescribable. You either have it or you don't. It's that special something that just draws people to you, it can't be described.

I feel like the gimmick thing was more of a confidence thing. If you take Gaga today and strip her down to a just her and a piano, she will deliver. She definitely has the "x factor". Plus, you don't get into a music school like Tisch without having talent.

Honestly, no. Shes rather unremarkable when she looks normal. She has talent but unless she's doing something or looking crazy, she's pretty forgettable. Bey, Rihanna and Britney have the x factor though.

It's pretty obvious that she does. You don't attract the crowds and masses the way she does if you lack that kind of quality.
