That's not the chorus.
That's the BRIDGE. The BRIDGE to the non-existent chorus.
The "come on" part is the opening hook.
Great verses, the best part of the song.
Then that propulsive bridge.
Then nothing. NOTHING. S&M has the same problem as Hold it Against Me - there is no proper chorus.
Listen to Only Girl, which follows the verse-bridge-chorus-verse-chorus-middle 8 structure, and you will see how much S&M sucks.
