Cassie, since neither can sing. At least she's remained relevant for 10 years, impacted fashion with her iconic haircut that Hollywood tried to whitewash and credit Skrillex for, and is still in good with celebs like Diddy, Rihanna, Beyoncé, and JAY Z after all these years. I don't see Tinashe having that impact or longevity EVER.
I can't vote because I would vote for Cassie based off the fact she released one of my favourite mixtapes. Rockabye was amazing... Tinashe hasn't really hit me like that yet.
However, Tinashe can actually sing and seems more creative.
both make good music but are very bland

But you can NOT call Tinashe a whisper singer
Cassie actually has a hit, even if she's in the realm of One-hit wonder. Tinashe, nothing at all.
This is my song, however it proves my point. The way she sings is so monotonous and the tragic way she tried to hit that note before the last chorus (@2:45)
Her music is basic average etc.
