Cassie actually has a hit, even if she's in the realm of One-hit wonder. Tinashe, nothing at all.

OT: Tinashe. Unlike Cassie, she can actually do more than "whisper"
Cassie is my fave but I'm still not sure about the answer. Tinashe's been more active musically while Cassie's been absent from the music scene for three years. Cassie is also working on her acting career receiving a lead role in two movies this year. I'm sure it'll only get better in time.
I find Cassie a bit more interesting because we'll never really know what she would have been capable of as an artist being managed properly after her debut.
Those 3 mixtapes someone made with Cassie's unreleased material were excellent.
Her music is basic average etc.
