Which do you prefer? Being a loner or socializing

Both, depends on my mood.

Being around people scares me. I'm naturally a loner and large groups of people gives me anxiety.

Loner people are draining and evil

But social has the best peak.

Both. Being around people for long periods of time mentally and physically drains me but if I'm alone for too long as well I start overthinking and become overemotional in my solitude that I have to seek people to distract my mind.

The best of both worlds

Offline, being a loner. I have absolutely no desire to meet new people or even maintain the relationships with the ones whom I already know. Both friends and family I have basically dropped from my life remorselessly. I can't commit, it's way too overwhelming. I believe it also has to do with a couple of traumatic experiences involving people and trust throughout my childhood idk

I beat myself up for being such an introvert but then end up feeling drained and frustrated when I do socialize.

I need a balance. If I go out a lot during the week I'll be tired and desperate for some alone time, while if I don't go out for a week I'll get depressed.

Social. But right now I'm a loner
