She is so undercertified on RIAA.

I don't mean to be rude, but how did Control sell 13 million worldwide when it only sold 7 million in the US? Its certifications in other countries are hardly anything significant.

I'd say 10 million tops.

That US number is on the shy side, and she's obviously undercertified in other countries just as she is here. I've seen so many conflicting sales totals ranging from 11-15mil (it's definitely more than 10) that I decided to strike a happy medium. I might do some digging and try to get a clearer picture.
