It has some good tracks imo.
Don't think it's the WORST pop album I've heard, some of these other girls aren't releasing anything half as good, but I won't name names.
It's not that it's a bad album.
It's simply that the album didn't live up to not only the hype that Gaga created herself but also the legacy she created with the albums before it. It has decent songs, but nothing monumental and groundbreaking.
At this point everyone expected more from Gaga, that is why it is dragged.
Not at all, and I'm sure if it was smashing, people would be saying differently.
The people calling it "the worst album in the history of pop music" are clearly blinded by hate/bias, and would be saying that about anything Gaga put out.
No. I could at least get through ARTPOP. Prism, on the other hand, had me skipping several songs a minute or so into their play time. Just to name one example of a worse pop album.
I don't think it's anywhere as bad as people make it out to be. It still has legitimate good music with a few defective tracks. The reason why people **** all over ARTPOP is that they were expecting it to be more than what it actually is (and it is hard to deny the decline in quality tbh, even BTW had that "thing" that made it special).
When the album first leaked you would've found everyone praising it. Now all they want to do is drag her. And usually it's that one fanbase with the most delusional posts.
Gypsy & DWUW are ok
