She didn't lie to be honest. Obviously the alleged rape is hard to prove but Ke$ha and her mom have made countless unrelated, very damaging claims about Luke without providing any form of evidence whatsoever
The fact she has nothing to back her accusations up besides her word on social media is honestly a little odd
Unfortunately, Luke's lawyers are some of the best in the business, so I don't see this going in Kesha's favor at all. He'll get his way, but he'll be ruined.
i'm sick of hearing about this. why can't the courts put a gag order on both camps till this is all over. it's like they think whoever gets the public on their side is going to win in court
She still is legally bound to him whether he works with her or not.
She couldn't leave the previous contract even when she wanted to, regardless of whether she signed new ones

nah. hell go under the radar till kesha is proven guilty of slander, then hell have a steady career. even if lists never use, b list and under pop stars will definitely flock him for the opportunity to have breakout hits. He'll be fine, being a man also helps

I read her deposition and she said in it that she went to the doctor after waking up in Dr Luke's hotel. And that's how she found out that she was raped. The case is really easy to prove imo: she can show the receipts of that appointment with a doctor (which is easy if she said the truth) or she can't. I think that's why the judge asked that of her. To summarize, I think the upcoming trial will provide the truth once and for all.
