Rihanna, Katy Perry, Beyonce, Taylor all started before lady gaga yet are still hugely relevant, still releasing massive hit singles, sell more albums, have hit tours, date A-list men, etc, etc

Is gaga even on the same level anymore?

Of course. She's still a huge force, especially in the media, as this year proved.
Like she got more attention than y'al faves and all she did was sing live.

btw, Madge had also a flop album earlier in her career, yet she is the queen.
