It's good that they're making membership more diverse but I'm kinda skeptical about how they're gonna change the voting rules.

Also, I still think the problem lies more with the lack of roles for minorities than it does the Oscars. Jennifer Lawrence in Joy comes to mind, how she got nominated for that is beyond me.
