I do think Gaga has helped her fans open up to some artists, but with or without her tweet Springsteen might have debuted at #1 either way. I figure people who follow her are more likely to download or rip the album as opposed to buying it. Some dedicated monsters might have bought though. Not enough to matter though r
Yes. I received an email saying my purchase pushed his album's sales over Adele's.
Lol at people saying no, though. Realistically speaking, a few hundred and maybe even a few thousand of the 20,000,000 people that follow her bought that album just because she tweeted about it. And seeing as the sales were so close, it's not delusional to say yes because without those people, Adele would have sold more.
